Who we are

Veridian Group Ghana Ltd is a diversified holding company headquartered in Accra. Through our five operating subsidiaries, we deliver information technology consultancy, engineering services, mining and mining-support services, environmental and sanitation solutions, and food production, processing and storage.

Our model is simple: each subsidiary is a focused, expertly led business in its own sector, while the Group provides shared governance, financial strength, quality assurance and cross-company collaboration. This means our clients get the agility of a specialist with the reliability of an established group.

Our story

Veridian was founded on the conviction that Ghana's growth should be powered by Ghanaian enterprise. What began as a single consultancy has grown into a group spanning five sectors that are fundamental to national development — digital transformation, infrastructure, natural resources, environmental stewardship and food security.

Today, the Group serves private businesses, public institutions and international partners, with a growing footprint across Ghana and the West African sub-region.

Leadership

The Group is governed by a Board of Directors and led by an executive management team with deep experience across our five sectors. Each subsidiary has its own managing director and technical leadership, accountable to the Group for performance and standards.
