Veridian Group Ghana Ltd has announced an expansion of its graduate trainee programme, which will now run across all five subsidiaries — Veridian IT, OmniCurve Engineers, Marknova Resources, Ecologic Systems and Veridian Food Systems.
The programme places recent graduates from Ghanaian universities and technical institutions into structured 12-month placements, combining on-the-job training with mentorship from senior professionals in each sector.
"Developing Ghanaian talent is not a side project for us — it is central to how the Group grows. Our future site managers, lead consultants and plant supervisors are in lecture halls today," the Group's leadership noted at the announcement.
